HOW PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED, STORED AND PROCESSED

General information about personal data, collection and purpose

Personal information is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you, e.g.: your name or technical information about your computer. When I collect data at gitteengelund.com, it can happen in several ways. Below is a list of how data enters the company and what the purpose is:

1. Via consulting, speaking gigs, coaching, courses performed in connection with general tasks and solutions for customers. I do this to be able to perform tasks for organizations and companies and live up to the contract entered into.

2. Via E-mail sent directly to a joint mailbox or employee at Gitte Engelund: I do this to be able to answer inquiries sent by E-mail and resolve tasks.

3. Via the contact form on the website. I do this to be able to respond to the typist's wish.

4. Via subscription to the newsletter. I do this to convey knowledge, tools, offers, etc. to interested parties.

5. Via Google Analytics standard tracking for statistics and advertising.

Registration and processing of personal data in connection with general task solution

Gitte Engelund – The Change Designer - registers general information such as full name, company name, position, telephone number, mobile phone number, employer's address, etc. on customers, suppliers and other partners.

The registration takes place as part of the normal operation of the company and does not include special personal information. Data is stored only as long as it serves a purpose. I keep only the most necessary information that’s needed to carry out the duties and comply with applicable laws.

Electronic processing of personal data takes place in Microsoft products, on Dropbox and/or in Dinero (bookkeeping software).

To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right under the Personal Data Act to be informed of which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked.

The purpose of E-mail is to enable our partners and customers to communicate with Gitte Engelund. Normal shipping is unencrypted. If you need to encrypt information, please send an email to Gitte Engelund digital mailbox on virk.dk.

When an Email is received, its validity is manually assessed. Emails are only stored as long as they are relevant or have a legitimate purpose. Inquiries that contain sensitive, or offensive, discriminatory, pornographic or other unacceptable content will either be deleted or reported to the police, depending on their nature and character.

The mailbox can be accessed via mobile devices, via computer and the Internet.

When you use my website, I (or some of those I use for that kind, such as Google) collect and process a variety of information. It happens e.g. by clicking on any of my content if you sign up for my newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, or otherwise use my services or makepurchases through the Website.

Typically, the following types of information are collected and processed: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with filling out the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter, creating a login or purchasing.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you in connection with contact, to register your purchases and payments, as well as to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as to submit a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you.

Period of storage

The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Security

Of course, I have taken some technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or made known to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "Cookies" below.

In addition, I use several third parties for the storage and processing of data. These process information solely on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
